From Dumaguete City to Sipalay City
From Dumaguete City proper, take a tricycle ride going to Ceres Bus Terminal. There is one bus bound for Sipalay there but if it happens that you missed it, you can board the bus bound for Hinoba-an.
From Sipalay City Proper to Tinagong Dagat
There are lots of tricycle that can take you from the city proper to Tinagong Dagat. However, make sure that you get to transact with the driver to fetch you if you don’t have your own vehicle with you as commuting from the resort back to the city proper can be challenging.
